Home Care Support
We provide support to a wide variety of clients each with differing needs, wants and wishes. As a Care Company we recognise choosing to have someone come to your home to provide support to either yourself or to your relatives is not an easy decision. Living independently at home is something most of us would like to do for as long as we are able, however when this becomes difficult and you need a little support, we are here to help you by talking through all aspects of the assistance we can provide.
understand Domiciliary Care and Support needs vary from person to person.Which is why we work with you to create a tailor made plan of care to meet your specific needs, designed to maintain as much independence for your or your relatives as possible.
Our Service to You
Our Homecare service is centered on the needs of our clients and designed to compliment their lifestyle, providing support and assistance for all aspects of daily living from assistance getting up or getting ready for bed to personal care for the more sensitive issues of continence and personal grooming. We promise to ensure your right to dignity and choice is upheld, providing a supportive service and enhancing, not limiting your current abilities.
The Homecare packages we currently provide help our clients to manage their personal care, medication, housekeeping including shopping and preparing meals, vacuuming and laundry. We also assist our clients when socialising with their friends and by collecting prescriptions, dog walking, accessing community services for leisure and exercise.
Each of our carers are employed by AAI Care
, which allows us to assess their individual abilities and plan with them ongoing support. We provide this by arranging robust, regular supervision and training to ensure all of their work is to the highest possible standards.
All of our carers are DBS checked and go through a 12 week in-house induction period, during which they complete all mandatory training including Moving and Handling, Safeguarding and Medication in line with current Industry Standards. We also offer all of our staff opportunities to attend various specialised training including Dementia, Learning Disability and Mental Health as well as ensuring all of our staff obtain their Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma with the option to take the Level 3 and progress to a Supervisory level.
What will it cost you?
Part of the process is to ensure you have a clear picture of the price you will pay for your care and once we have agreed what you require we ensure you are given the total cost with no hidden charges
