have been providing care services to our clients who have chosen to remain in their own home, including care for those living with Dementia, Mental Health problems and Learning Disabilities/Difficulties, Stroke and Multiple Sclerosis.
Dementia, Parkinsons and Alzheimers can have a profound effect on both the people suffering and their relatives. Strokes and Multiple Sclerosis has limiting effect on what our clients can do for themselves, leaving them with poor self-esteem and potential loss of identity.
We understand everyone has different symptoms and the way these can affect an individual physically, socially and emotionally will be unique to them. Through good communication with those involved we review the support package to ensure we meet the holistic needs of the client and their relatives.
