Specialist Services

How We Help
AAI Care have been providing care services to our clients who have chosen to remain in their own home, including care for those living with Dementia, Mental Health problems and Learning Disabilities/Difficulties, Stroke and Multiple Sclerosis.

Dementia, Parkinsons and Alzheimers can have a profound effect on both the people suffering and their relatives. Strokes and Multiple Sclerosis has limiting effect on what our clients can do for themselves, leaving them with poor self-esteem and potential loss of identity.

We understand everyone has different symptoms and the way these can affect an individual physically, socially and emotionally will be unique to them. Through good communication with those involved we review the support package to ensure we meet the holistic needs of the client and their relatives.

Caring for someone who is living with Learning/Physical Difficulties and Disabilities is a Specialised Service which requires specific training. AAI Care work with professionals, accessing external training opportunities, community projects and the client’s family to ensure the support given meets the specific needs of the individual. We have assisted clients with different levels of ability and family support to live and remain active with in the community
Our Staff
Caring for a client with Dementia or Mental Health problems requires a carer with specialist qualities and our experience in this sector has meant we are continually developing our staff to ensure they have the most up to date skills available. Our carers are there to support everyone in the family and offer assistance to ensure respect, rights, choices and dignity are upheld.

Members of the management team are Dignity Champions and our specialist carers are being registered as Dementia friends. This is about giving people an understanding of dementia and making a difference to people living with the illness, through workshops and shared experiences from other professionals, sufferers and their families.

AAI Care ensures specific training is given to each of the team which is arranged with the professionals involved in the client’s care including SALT Nurses, Physiotherapist and District Nurses.
What will it cost you?
Part of the process is to ensure you have a clear picture of the price you will pay for your care and once we have agreed what you require we ensure you are given the total cost with no hidden charges.
